You’ll help Brick to become the thought leader in B2B business payout through various brand marketing activities like hosting virtual events, finding speaking opportunities, community building, and creating industry-specific content.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both Marketing Team internally and cross-department team (People Team, Sales Team, and CEO) to support works both ways.

Responsibilities

  1. Position Brick as a thought leader in the business payment, payroll and open finance industry through various traction channels.
  2. Grow our social media to amplify brand presence. You’ll work closely with content marketing team to distribute and establish a thought leadership through high-impact industry event.
  3. Plan, organize, and execute community-building initiatives such as events, webinars, and workshops, networking opportunities, and collaboration to promote Brick's products and services.
  4. Coordinate and manage speaking engagements, including identifying relevant opportunities, securing speakers, and preparing presentations.
  5. Manage public relations efforts, including crafting press releases, and monitoring brand mentions. You’ll work closely with a PR agency on the execution of media outreach.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Deliverables

  1. Thought leadership positioning through high-impact industry event for Brick in the business payment, payroll, and open finance industry.
  2. Event plan tracker & calendar documents and post-event analysis.
  3. Maintain overall brand positioning and messaging guidelines through all channel & activity.
  4. Community-building initiatives such as mini events, webinars, and workshops proposals and execution plans (monthly)
  5. Collaboration proposals with industry partners.
  6. Community engagement metrics, brand mention monitoring, analysis and reports.
  7. Public relations efforts, including press releases, media coverage and monitoring brand mentions (quarterly)
